How fast time is flying. Today I caught myself marveling at the leaps and bounds my children have made in their language development. Kyle, at almost 5, is so articulate that he now lapses into the lazy combinations of words that you’d hear in someone from Pittsburgh: “jeet yet?” and “Ow-know.” (“Did you eat yet?” and “I don’t know.”) Brady has always had his own scale of verbal advancement, and it was funny today when I couldn’t understand what he was saying, “sowee sah” but Stewart and Kyle did: “submarine Sam!”
When I am wall-to-wall busy like I’ve been lately, it’s hard to keep my blog up to date the way I wish to. That’s why I throw in product features and such. In quick summary – we think we might finally have a new house! It looks like this:
And it’s a great town, with great schools, and it’s on a pretty block, and it has 4 bedrooms. It’s kinda too good to be true – our agent says she is 85% sure we are getting it. So please send your good real estate vibes!
And when this is all over, I promise myself and everyone I know that I will take on less. I will have time to do things. Of course, I won’t have any money, so we’ll have to do those things at my house. But at least there will be room.

Wow. It’s beautiful. Does it have a pool? Can we come over?
I promise myself and everyone I know that I will take on less.
I don’t claim to know you well, but even I know that this is a promise that isn’t going to last. 😉
Best wishes for getting the house.
Wow! It looks fantastic!!
Very nice!! Let me know how it goes.
When do we move in???? (I mean, when do we visit next???)
Looks really nice, Kim! I hope you get it and it is everything you dream it to be.
Fingers and toes are crossed you get the house!
Yippee for you! What city is this house in??? I really miss seeing you guys. It’s been way too long. Tell Stew Hello for us.
YES! I love it and I am thrilled that we may both be “newbies” in the same town! xoxoxo
