I just registered for Women Create Media, a one-day writing workshop that will be limited to 150 attendees. The agenda is focused on helping people who are interested in breaking into traditional publishing. I didn’t think I was interested – at least, not yet – but the founder of this interesting concept is Lindsay Maines, or Rock and Roll Mama, who has all kinds of stuff going on out there on the interwebs, and is working on a book, too.
What I like about Women Create Media is that it could be just what I need to segue into the weekend of BlogHer. One day. Focused on writing. Limited to 150 people. Requires me to be there early.
