That is the sound my mouth makes when I try to describe how my flesh falls into globby puddles when I do a shoulder stand during yoga. It’s starting to feel like that ALL THE TIME now so I finally sucked it up and went to the gym the other night. I have a vague plan to go three times a week, but the plan requires me to go after Kyle goes to bed. It’s not so bad, as long as I settle for having the house be a mess. Nobody is coming over, so I guess it’s okay. I want to be fit and healthy and at least as in shape as I was before I got pregnant. I don’t think I’ll ever get back to the way I was before our wedding 4 years ago. And another pregnancy might reverse all the progress. But if I sit here in this office and eat chocolate for another week I will have no hope.
I want to take a walk today but it’s supposed to be 102 degrees! I’ll pass. I can at least claim victory over my Frappucino craving this morning. I almost did it, but I resisted.

Good luck! It’s so hard to get motivated.
Sigh…. I hear ya.
Good job resisting the Frap. But I gotta tell ya, I’m no lesbian (even though like you I enjoy the Indigo Girls) but you look great right now!
I tried the workout after the girls are in bed routine. It lasted 1/5 weeks. However, now that there is less TV to watch maybe I’ll get out of bed and start again.
