Lost Luggage Rant

December 30, 2004 Kim Tracy Prince 2 Comments

Stewart and I arrived in Los Angeles at 2pm on Monday. It is now 5:30 PM on Thursday, and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR LUGGAGE! Lots of people at US Airways should be fired.

Grrr.

This luggage contains:

-my entire maternity wardrobe, less the 2 outfits I had on my person when I flew

-most of our Christmas presents

-4 pairs of irreplaceable shoes

-most of the underwear that fits me

-2 cute baby outfits

-the burned copies of the Nirvana boxed set that I gave my brother for Christmas

-my favorite travel candle

-my umbrella

-3 scarves

-gloves

-6 miniature Care Bears

-oh, and some of Stew’s stuff

I am leaving town again in 2.5 weeks. Do I really have to go through the purchasing of another maternity wardrobe? Please, please, I pray to the luggage gods, return my clothing to me…

I’ve been using AirTags in my luggage for over a year now, and they’ve saved me twice already. Once my bag didn’t make it to Paris, but I could see it was still sitting in Heathrow! Highly recommend trackers.
