This is how it looks right now. Basically, it’s a guest bedroom with a changing table/dresser combo and a crib mattress in it. I am planning to change the bed linens to something that has blue in it and add some nautical art and knick knackage. Note the new quilt that is draped over the crib mattress (the crib will be assembled after we summon up the balls to figure out how to do it: it’s a very complicated-looking wrought iron contraption we borrowed from friends).

Once you change the linens, time for a valance! Hope I still have the measurements from Kyle’s window.
This picture is so good blown up it feels like I can step through my computer screen and into Peanut’s room. Wouldn’t that be great? Hey Bill Gates, you’ve got some program like that you’re working on right?
Oh, man. I had trouble putting together our crib WITH directions. A blowtorch and an crowbar solved most of my problems, but… wrought iron? I don’t envy you.
And that room looks fairly large in the picture. Usually, SFV homes have teeny, tiny rooms. Like every room in my house! You must be rich ๐
I really like the shelves and baskets above the changing table. Very Crate and Barrely! And the cabinet at the foot of the bed … um, I’d like that.
I’m with Mom Under on the cabinet at the foot of the bed. Love the bold colors on the walls. And looks like your mom has been busy quilting ๐
I like the baskets too and the colors! Getting closer huh?? ๐
Nice – especially the quilts!
