God sent me a message last night in the form of a muscle spasm. The meaning was clear – “TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY AND GET THEE TO YOUR CHIROPRACTOR MORE OFTEN.” It figures. My chiropractor is a Christian who pipes Jesus music over the waiting room PA and just hiked his rates $10/session. I knew God was on his side.
But nothing cheers me up like presents! And I got a pretty awesome present in the mail the other day.
Mine is the blue and green one in the back. These were made by the lovely Lisa of Mamalife (private blog), and the photo was stolen from her blog as well. I hinted, so so subtly of course, that my birthday is coming up and I would love one of these baskets. Sure enough, it arrived in the mail 2 days ago, along with this:
I put my makeup in the basket and popped the flamingo right on the fridge among the crusty old magnets, so I see them both every day and think of the kindness of bloggers. It doesn’t make my back hurt less, but it makes my heart happy.

I’m glad it made it safely and that you like it… oh, hope your back feels better soon – that is the worst!
what are the baskets made out of /
They are cotton fabric with layer of fusible fleece and layer of heavy interfacing for stiffness.
