I haven’t had much time to blog lately, not even in all the other places that carry my writing. The days go like this: wake up early, make coffee, check the MLS (multiple listing service) for new houses on the market, hectic morning routine. Work. Come home from work, hectic evening routine, get kids to bed. Handle bills, real estate papers, talk to Agent Myrna, discuss proceedings with Stewart, throw a load of laundry in, collapse in exhausted heap. Repeat.
Here’s a roundup of recent events:
- Fantastic SV Moms Group blogger/brand mixer at the Ritz Carlton on the Pacific Ocean. Came home with two bags of new and interesting product samples. Plan to feature some of them soon on Stuff of Prince
- We put an offer on a house I LOVE LOVE LOVE. But it’s a short sale, which means the owner owes more to the bank than he’s selling it for. All of that means the bank could take forever to accept our offer. Meanwhile we have to be out of our house by May 8 at the latest. Our hunt for a new house continues, just in case.
- My cleaning lady dumped me because she’s too busy.
- The kids are doing great. Rascally as ever.
