I’m trying a new diet:
Tylenol
Caffeine
Cheese
Crackers
Cookies
Wine
That’s pretty much all I’ve eaten over the last three days. The fridge and pantry are stocked with fresh, healthy alternatives. Why am I not eating them? Time, energy, and motivation are in short supply around here.
Yesterday I cheated and ate some berries and yogurt. The purists are totally going to flame me.



A good diet is all about balance. Hard *and* semi-soft cheese. Whole grain *and* Ritz crackers. Red *and* white wine. Stuff like that.
Mmmmmm….. sounds like a diet I could live with 🙂
