Remember that I said that I want to be a writer when I grow up? And people asked me “well what do you want to write?”
I said I want someone to pay me to write about the things I think. Or about what I think of things. In other words, I want to give everyone a piece of my mind.
It’s coming true, in a way. Putting it out to the universe seems to work in my case. Long ago, when I yearned to move to California, I put it out there and poof! A job in SoCal fell into my lap and here I am. Same goes for so many other things.
Well, thanks to my fellow bloggers, I have a new job blogging for Savvysource, a guide for parents of preschoolers. Get this: I am the San Fernando Valley expert on things to do with your preschool-aged child that are enriching or educational. Who would have thought that growing up in West Haven, CT, I would someday have this description?
So, I will blog daily, M-F, about different local activities and what I think about them. Want to see? Come over here and take a look.
