Y’All Are Crazy: The A-to-Z Challenge

In case you didn’t know this I will tell you again: I’ve been blogging for over 7 years. In all that time I don’t think I’ve ever participated in a daily blogging challenge. Well, at least not one organized by other people. There was a time when I pledged that I would post every day, but that quickly fell apart.

No, here is where I write want I want, when I want to. Unless of course, someone is paying me to write what I want, when THEY want me to, which explains some of my recent posts, and the next one you will see here.

Recently, however, a different kind of challenge caught my eye: The April A-to-Z. They followed me on Twitter. That was it. I clicked over to their blog and boom: I had an idea.

April A-to-Z on House of Prince: Sh*t I Say

I have several things that I say all the time, whether as a mother or a wife or a friend or a writer or an employee or an all-around superfun gal.  There have been many times when I have wanted to use one of these sayings – which are not all uniquely my own but sometimes sentences that mothers have been saying to their children since people began to talk, in whatever language – as the titles of my posts but then those ideas blew away in the flurry of activity of my day.  I haven’t forgotten about them, however, and when I found out about the April A to Z challenge, I realized I can alphabetize my sayings.  Well, maybe.  We shall see.

Tune in April 1 for the first of the “Sh*t I Say” posts.  It has to start with or feature a topic that starts with the letter A.  Get it?
