Not Just an Exercise Mat – Winner

June 24, 2009 Kim Tracy Prince 64 Comments

Thanks to everyone who entered the giveaway for the G2 Stretch Mat. Elise‘s comment was chosen by randomizer.org from 58 qualifying entries. The original post can be found on my brand-spanking-new review blog, Stuff of Prince. What can I say, it was inevitable.

I’m leaving the cute family pictures here, though.

I also want to thank Girl Get Strong for partnering with me during this promotion. I hope it’s the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

This is an original post from www.kimtracyprince.com. Please don’t steal it.

Are family automatically eliminated? This mat sounds like just the motivation I’m looking for to get back into that “Kim’s wedding shape; 7th anniversary coming up!” Now if someone could make one that would motivate me to go to work rather than drag my sorry a** out of the house each morning….

What a GREAT idea! I did PT for my back years ago and really have to stretch regularly to keep it in check. But…I am bad at remembering what to do.

So this is sort of zeitgeist-ish.
Before reading your post, I was talking with Susannah about this weightlifting book my friend Robin gave me for my birthday, and also about how I am so not fit that playing soccer is actively harming me rather than putting me in better shape. Her response was that I probably should stretch more!

I could definitely use one of the maternity mats. Only at the end of the first trimester and already feeling bulky and awkward, I just know it will get worse.

I’d like to give the mat a try. I hope you pick my name! I’ve been feeling achey in the mornings lately, and I run out of ideas, too. I find a hottub soak in the evenings does help, but sometimes I am too busy/tired to even do that for 15 minutes. Morning stretch might be easier.

I’m presuming the instructions don’t say, “unroll mat, lie down, take a nap?” Okay, just checking.
Yes, this sounds like something I probably need!

Looks like a brilliant idea. Will the mat also yell at me to unroll it every morning and use it? Now that would truly be an amazing invention!
