So, if the next new way to get lots of attention on the internet is to post an ad for a nanny on Craigslist, like some sort of effed-up twist on the Mary Poppins ad, then I would like to craft one myself.
Lots of people have been writing about Rebecca Land Soodak who may have had one too many glasses of pinot noir before writing her Craiglist ad and hitting (oops!) “post.” Yeah, yeah. She’s quirky and honest and blah-blah, but I could not get past the bad formatting and the even worse spelling. And this woman is an aspiring writer? Look, I know lots of people who are popular writers who are terrible spellers, but they’re not out there begging for book deals. Sheesh.
