It seems there is a rash of mothers of bloggers creating their own blogs. Someone asked when MY mother will start her own blog. Yeah, mom, you need something to distract you from work! Here is one of my favorite pictures of my mom.
I know she’ll be horrified that I posted this, but doesn’t she look so happy and beautiful? I think this was taken when Kyle was 1 week old. Mom was in her glory – taking care of me, her baby, and her baby’s baby. She is the best mom in the world, and she gives me such a great example as I try to navigate this treacherous world of motherhood myself.
You took this picture while Kyle was “sunbathing.” Gosh, I can hardly believe it’s been almost a year!
