If, after much time spent on the phone and internet while trying to hold back my venomous rants, I ever wind up using these vouchers I got from US Air last year after they held my luggage for 5 days, I will NEVER, EVER fly US Air again. Their flights are not on time. They misplace baggage. They don’t answer the phone when you are LOOKING for your misplaced baggage. They try to make nice by giving you a voucher. Then, when you try to USE your voucher, they don’t let you talk to anyone who speaks or understands English in a manner that allows for ease of communication. And there never seems to be a supervisor on duty.
