Going Solo
I’ve been trying take lunchtime walks around the office a few times a week. Today I wondered why it was so quiet. I mean, there were cars going by and leafblowers working and lawnmowers mowing, but there was no chatter. I finally realized that I was walking alone. No dog, no baby. It was weird, and a little lonely. But in a good way. Get it?
Secret of Success: Dinner
An easy and tasty dinner is not hard to make. All you need is:
1. Sauteed meat.
2. A steamed or wilted green vegetable.
3. Noodles or rice.
4. Parmesan cheese.
5. Olive oil, salt, pepper.
6. If you are my husband, hot sauce.
Throw it all in a bowl and make up a name for it. Irish Chicken! Beef Laverne! Napolean Broccoli! Nobody will know that you just made a pot of whatever’s left in the fridge.
Customer Service Monday
For some reason I felt like making ALL of my customer service phone calls today. Normally I spread them throughout the week, and I do at least one during breaktime. For the record, breaktime is ANY TIME I NEED IT. Anyway, today I had the following calls to make: Samsung, regarding my busted camera. Senior Lead Police Officer of my neighborhood, regarding my busted neighborhood. Three separate health-care related companies, regarding my busted lungs (from April) and their expensive medication. All three (technically five) phone calls went unresolved. And yet, I am still not angry or throwing my phone at the wall. I guess I can say it’s a good day.

I’m happy for your good day! I like the dinner thing-let’s see if Dad will like it. And I’m really glad you are not throwing the phone.
FD card finally arrived-pics are SO CUTE!
Yeah for hot sauce 😉
Hot sauce is the elixer of life… or at least the salvation of bland food.
Happy for the good day. Hope your lungs are un-busted now.
Cool! I sub feta cheese for the parm and call it Greek Surprise, ha ha. Love it.
