Apparently we only get one. A year.
Brady’s nose is running again. It started slow this morning and by the time we all got home from our jobs today it was a torrent. I’m sure to be right behind him. We’ve been so busy here that there hasn’t been time for rest. And some stupid neighbor has left their dog out to bark and wake me up at 4:00 in the morning.
So our one snot-free week was also our first week of full time family work. Both kids are in daycare Monday through Friday. Although school is out for the summer, Stewart is working harder than ever. And I started working 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week at home. The weekends in June are filled with other kids’ birthday parties and outdoor summer events. There’s no time for bathing, much less for Mommy to nap. Until we all get sick…
