Vacation Diet

Today’s list of Things I Ate So Far is pretty typical of how I’ve been eating for the last three weeks.  I’m gonna pay for this.  I know it.

Breakfast:

Coffee – 2 cups, with cream and sugar

1 egg, bagel or English muffin, slice of American cheese

Snack:

chocolate thing pretending to be a granola bar

Snack 2:

2 homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies snagged from my friend at the beach

“Lunch:”

Rita’s chocolate and vanilla swirl custard

1 chocolate chip cookie

Hydration:

Diet soda.  A few sips of water.

    I’d say it’s pretty good for a vacation diet. I saw oatmeal on that list!!! Good for you.
