What Bag of Poo?

February 19, 2008 Kim Tracy Prince 2 Comments

This is a photo of Brady in the hallway and Gramma and Grampa’s house in CT. One thing the kids get treated to there is stairs! Lots of stairs! I was pretty good about putting up gates when we visited when Kyle was a baby but of course, Brady being the second one, I’m much more lenient. I figure if he bonks his head enough he’ll get calluses and therefore natural head protection.
I kid. I am terrified of him falling down the stairs. In fact every time I walked down the stairs with him I had creepy flashes of “what if I fell down the stairs with him in my arms?” Imaginations should NOT go there.
Anyway, the stairs are just to the left of Brady in this picture. He was delighted by them and tried to climb them a lot but never succeeded because Kyle would trample him on his way to gallop up and down the stairs at every chance. He would cackle at Brady as if to say, “Ha ha! Sucks to be you!”
Kudos to my mom and dad for going out to buy a cable to upload the pictures. Thanks!

Yes, thanks Mom & Dad Hop… more pics now 🙂 Oh, my girl loves stairs also. I think it is a novelty because she rarely sees them. Like most houses in FL, ours and both are parents are one-story. Last summer we stayed at a hotel in Orlando with a beautiful winding double staircase in the lobby and she loved nothing more than going up & down these as much as we would allow!

I was just thinking the same thing lately. I am afraid EVERY SINGLE TIME I got up or down our stairs. Last night I slipped with about 5 stairs left going down and knocked Luke into the door on my way down. He has a large egg on his head but miraculously there was no blood.
