It’s been four years since our Wedding. The event was not just one day – it was a year and a half of expectations, planning, and celebration. Afterwards, there was a year of wistful pining – for the coming together of all of our family and friends and for our fantastic Caribbean honeymoon. What endures are some choice memories and especially the photos.
So this also marks the four-year anniversary with Leslie, our amazing photographer. She’s linked in the title of this post. She was the most expensive of the photogs I considered, but I knew I wanted the pics to be timeless and exceptional. I know cost doesn’t always equal quality, but in this case it sure did.
John over at Odd Mix challenges us weekly to take pictures that illustrate his words of the week. This week one of the words was celebration. Since it’s a lazy weekend, one in which we have a giant list of things we want to accomplish but no motivation to do them because our child is entertaining us in our air-conditioned house, I chose to post the only jpeg’s I have on my computer from our wedding. Feast on them below. Might I say again that these are the only pics on my computer from our wedding. We have thousands more. And I say again: lazy weekend.
